Handloom & Fabric Variations: Our catalog features a variety of traditional and contemporary sarees. Due to the handcrafted, woven, or dyed nature of many fabrics, slight irregular weaves, print differences, or thread pulls are inherent characteristics of artisan production and shall not be classified as manufacturing defects.
Color Accuracy: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, the exact color you see depends on your monitor, device brightness, and display settings. We cannot guarantee that your display will reflect the true shade with 100% precision.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

Currency & Inclusions: All prices listed on ornihouse.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) as specified at checkout.
Pricing Errors: While we make every effort to maintain price accuracy, typographical or system errors may occur. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, Orni House reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item, notifying you accordingly.
Payment Processing: We use secure, RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking). We do not store your complete financial or card credentials on our servers.

5. Order Acceptance & Shipping

Order Confirmation: Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, limit, or decline your order at our sole discretion (e.g., in cases of stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or unserviceable pin codes).
Delivery: We partner with reputable domestic courier services. Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to transit factors, regional holidays, or logistical delays outside our direct control.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

7-Day Return Window: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return request within seven (7) days of receiving the order.
Condition of Returned Items: Sarees must be returned in their original, unused, unwashed condition with all original tags, folds, and packaging intact. Blouse pieces attached to the saree must not be detached, cut, or altered.
