Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Yes. Creating an account on ornihouse.in allows you to track shipments in real time, view past order history, and manage your delivery addresses easily.

How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an immediate confirmation email and SMS containing your Order ID and itemized receipt.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
You can request a cancellation or shipping address change before the order is dispatched. Once a package is handed over to our courier partners, it cannot be canceled or redirected.

Sarees & Product Care

Does the saree include an unstitched blouse piece?

  • Most of our sarees come with a running unstitched blouse piece (approx. 0.8 meters). Please check the individual product description page for specific details regarding blouse fabric and length.

Why does the saree color look slightly different in person?

Are handcrafted minor irregularities considered defects?

  • No. Minor variations in the weave, yarn slubs, dye shading, or print alignment are hallmarks of authentic handloom and artisan craftsmanship, rather than manufacturing defects.

How should I wash and care for my saree?

  • We recommend Dry Clean Only for all silk, zari, embroidered, and delicate handloom drapes. Cotton sarees should be gently hand-washed in cold water with mild detergent and dried in the shade.

What is your return policy?

  • We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return request via your account dashboard or by emailing our support team.

How long does a refund take?

  • Once we receive the returned saree at our Indore facility and complete quality inspection (1–2 business days), your refund is credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Where do you ship from, and do you deliver all over India?

  • All orders are inspected, packed, and dispatched directly from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, delivering across almost all serviceable pin codes in India via reliable domestic couriers.

How long does delivery take?

  • Processing: 1–2 business days.

  • Transit: 3–7 business days, depending on your location and regional logistics connectivity.

How can I track my shipment?

  • As soon as your parcel is dispatched, we send an email and SMS with the courier name and tracking AWB number so you can monitor its progress in real time.
